Nisg̱a’a and Tahltan Nations open B.C.’s first majority Indigenous-owned port

The federal government has ended a years-long process to negotiate Indigenous rights and self-determination with the NunatuKavut Community Council, an organization that says it represents about 6,000 Inuit in southern and central Labrador.
